The story
Built on Discipline.
Driven by Ambition.
Dan McKim is a British Columbia based operations professional with extensive experience in Business Planning, Structure & Development, leadership, team management, and service delivery across telecommunications and retail environments.
From Rogers, Shaw, TELUS Business Solutions, and Yellow Pages Group to retail leadership at Bass Pro Shops Canada, his work has always been about people, performance, and delivering a better experience.
Formally educated in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Marketing, Dan brings structured thinking to growth strategy, market positioning, and operational planning.
In June 2021, a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma diagnosis put that resilience to the test. With his wife, children, family, and friends beside him, he persevered through chemotherapy. Now in remission, his perspective is clear: long-term value matters, but the people in your life matter most.
Live Well. Do Good. Keep Building.
The good life means more when it’s shared.

The good life
Beyond the Work.
